In this case the query brings the following result:

This says that this IP address belongs to the range of IP address registered to Continental Cablevision in Woburn Massachusetts, one of our ISP. There is no way to trace it back to us as individuals.

This visitor came from Hitachi Ltd. somewhere in Japan. But this is all that can be found out about this visitor. Everyone at this Hitachi location will probably use the same firewall and will therefore have the same IP address.
